With all the proposed budgets and bills, this presentation will take a look in to what has been passed and what is likely to get passed by this Congress and what that means for charitable giving.

Ryan Miller is a partner in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Tax Services Group. Ryan utilizes his extensive tax law knowledge to develop strategies to minimize tax liability and maximize savings. He oversees the international aspects of the firm’s tax practice, ranging from structuring international business activities to providing compliance services to businesses and individuals with international assets and activities. His experience also includes individual taxation, gift and estate taxes, and all types of entity taxation, such as partnerships and S corporations. Ryan closely monitors tax legislation and emerging tax issues, serving as a resource for KSM staff, and is a frequent author and presenter on a wide variety of federal income and international tax topics.   

Stephen Schnelker is a manager in Katz, Sapper & Miller’s Tax Services Group. Utilizing his strong background in analytical research, Stephen guides his high-net-worth clients through a wide variety of tax and financial planning issues, including the strategic use of trusts and estate planning, to help them devise strategies to preserve their wealth for the long term.
