Session Overview:

This highly interactive workshop is about organizing your portfolio so you can spark joy in your donors and prospects as well as your work! Building relationships and proactively raising more money is about focusing on the right donor at the right time for the right ask (or you don’t make an ask because you have so engaged the donor – they ask YOU how they can help).

Your portfolio can be major donors, planned giving individuals, mid-level or annual fund contributors. No matter where you concentrate your philanthropic work – a well-organized portfolio will make your work easier.  Your dashboard, daily tasks as well as short- and long-term plans are clear. AND how to get everyone at your organization on board.

Bring your portfolio. Bring your challenges and questions. Be ready to work. Together, we will determine who belongs in your portfolio and if they aren’t with you – where or who has them – if anyone?

Having closed $9M in gifts in 90 days – Barbara will share how focusing your time and effort will result in philanthropic wins for your organization and points for your CFRE application or renewal.
